Carma's Place isn't running a public fundraising campaign yet — we don't have 501(c)(3) status or charitable-solicitation registration in place, so we're not asking for gifts through this site. What we do need, right now, is people.
Our single most urgent need. We're recruiting independent directors with backgrounds in nonprofit governance, real estate and affordable housing, finance, law, and disability services.
Express interest →As Carma's Place moves toward launch, we'll need volunteers and advisors in fundraising strategy, real estate, disability services, and community outreach in the Phoenix metro area.
Express interest →Case managers, clinicians, and educators working with adults with autism or developmental disabilities — we'd like to build a relationship with you ahead of our first cohort.
Express interest →Charitable giving depends on Carma's Place completing incorporation, receiving its federal 501(c)(3) determination, and registering for charitable solicitation in the states where it fundraises. None of those are complete. Rather than collect gifts before that groundwork is done, we're building an early-interest list of people who want to be first to know when the capital campaign opens — including our planned Founding Sustainers recurring-giving program.
If you're a major donor, foundation, or mission-aligned lender interested in an early conversation ahead of the public campaign, the fastest path is a direct email — see the form below or write to hello@carmasplace.org.
